Each week we receive emails and HELP DESK inquiries from people who do not know their log in details for their accounts, do not know how the Rewards Program works or how to use the Privilege Pack. Some of these inquiries come from members who joined weeks, even months ago?

“Has the sponsor of these people set them up for success of failure?”
When you sell a Privilege Pack to a new member it is vital that you take responsibility for setting a new member up for success by accomplishing the following in the first 48-72 hours:
- Ensure the new member has successfully logged in to their members area
- Ensure the new member knows how to use the Privilege Pack
- Ensure the new member has downloaded the Getting Started Guide
- Set up a time to go through the Getting Started Guide with the new member
- Ensure the new member has downloaded the PowerPoint Presentations
- Provide the new member with the contact details of their 3 upline Silvers and above
- Provide them with details of local and online presentations and training where possible
- Help the new member make contact with their hot prospects
- Aim to help the new member earn a Fast Start Bonus in the first week!
The next thing to do is where ever possible get your new members on to the weekly live online presentations and training with their guests and new members so they learn how to present H&C professionally, accurately and confidently.
Yes, it takes time to set up a NEW member for success but if you don’t invest the time to set a person up for success you will have a business that is like a leaky bucket where people are falling out as fast as you put them in!
So before you rush off to make new sales make sure the members you already have know how to succeed.
